Meat for Home


Cook Time: 50 min.
Ingredients : At 3 portions


  • beef flesh-600 g;

  • onions - 2 pcs.;

  • fried potatoes 4 pcs.;

  • margarine- 50 g.;

  • garlic-2 portion ;

  • 4 cup broth;

  • sacks sheet;

  • herbs dill;

  • salt-pepper salt to taste.

Instructions:

Cut the meat across the grain of a piece of 1-2 per serving, must be separated. Add salt, and pepper in margarine roast on both sides until golden crust education, broken portions of casseroles.
