"Spring Salad"

Ingredients:


  • white cabbage 300 g.;

  • carrots 1-2 pc.;

  • crab finger;

  • mayonnaise and salt to taste;

  • green onions 3 plumule.

Instructions:


Cabbage wash, slicing a thin straw. Carrots and soap to clean the major depositories. Crab finger slicing long strips. Chop green onions. In plate put cabbage and carrots, and a good bit add salt overcome the hands that cabbage is soft. Add olive wand and onions, mayonnaise and a good paint removed.
